Wednesday, December 23rd, 2009

  • Ever have your display not work correctly due to the lack or a proper video controller driver?
  • Can you not play games or run any graphic intensive applications because you are using a generic svga driver?

Try a new comprehensive driver installation tool: Driver Robot

Best Automated Tool To Detect Unknown Device:

There are many specific motherboards drivers that need to be installed when you reinstall your operating system, or restore you computer to factory default. It can be very frustrating when you do not know what drivers you actually need so you can’t even go out and find them on the internet. You will see yellow question marks in “Device Manager” some times that say “Unknown Device” this means that all the devices in your computer are not functioning properly.

Laptop Motherboards Drivers:

The most apparent of these is when you have laptop that has special buttons or function keys for volume, music control, display selection, home, mail, and search buttons etc. These drivers can be especially tricky to find. In fact certain built in (Network Interface Card) NIC drivers and nearly all pcmcia drivers do not get included when you install a fresh copy of Windows on a laptop.

Soundmax Drivers Download:

The Soundmax brand of sound cards has a sleuth of possible driver versions and revisions depending on what motherboard card combination you have to find half a dozen or more individual drivers packages. Driver Robot fixes this in just a few minutes.

There are plenty tools you can use to detect driver software needed by your computer, but most of them still leave you to find the drivers yourself on the internet and don’t download drivers and install them for you. Driver Robot is the best driver software to detect drivers online I have found you should check it out.

e74 Error Xbox 360 and Xbox 360 Blinking Red Lights Fix

Friday, August 21st, 2009

How I found out the way to repair blinking red light and fix e74 error on xbox 360.

Why is there never enough time to do things right, but always enough to do them over?

I know far too many people that have a faulty, broken, or non-working XBOX 360 unit for there not to be more of an outrage or formal investigation. Close to 44% of new Xbox 360 units will experience an e74 error within thier lifetime. I have personally experienced a large and ludicrous list of problems. The majority being: 3 red lights error 0020 or general hardware failure error e74 on the xbox 360. If I had of known the headache and what I had to go through just to play my console for a few weeks at a time, I never would have bought it. I do not buy things expecting to have to have them repaired within the first few weeks or take 4 – 6 weeks to have them returned if they do break. (more so if you do not live in the USA).

FINALLY they released a video walk through of the repair and modification process. One that works better then the “quick-fix” Microsoft did… you know the one you waited six weeks for!. Do not waste any more time with Microsoft technical support. Click here to see the only Xbox 360 repair guide that worked for me.

My first e74 Error Xbox 360 happened just weeks after I got it. it just stopped playing games and movies and was getting an e74 error. I called Microsoft technical support and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes they promptly told me to ship the unit to them. I ended up having to wait nearly 6 weeks to get it back. Even more, my console was returned without my information, my music, or my downloaded Microsoft games.

So when I called technical support the second time it broke and they told me to ship it to them, I was a little more then reluctant. The whole experience was beyond a pain and I was set to find a better solution to the problem. I tried everything I could find online including the towel trick, adding heat syncs, tweaking the laser mounting. Nothing worked! In fact some only made my problems worsen.

XBOX 360 3 Red Rings & XBOX 360 Error 74 Repair:

Well… You could send it back, wait a few weeks, get the run around from Microsoft and waste a whole bunch of time or spend an hour watching a step by step video on how to repair it yourself.

I think the whole Microsoft Xbox 360 technical support ordeal is outrageous, and that it can be avoided altogether. The majority of these issues are problems Microsoft knew about from the XBOX 360 release. It has been proven and well documented to be caused by cheap manufacturing materials. There are several error codes including: e74 Error Xbox 360 and Xbox 360 Blinking Red Light that are caused by these manufacturing and production issues. Most can be fixed but Microsoft will sometimes charge you to repair them and will always make you wait 4 – 6 weeks for a return. Trust me take my advice do not bother sending these e74 errors back to Microsoft. Every one of my e74 errors fixed by Microsoft re-occurred within 3 months. The two I fixed almost a year ago with this guide are still working today. Click here to see the solution that finally banished Xbox 360 errors from my life.

Continually Microsoft has ducked attempts to specifically discuss Xbox 360 failure rates and attributed some of the public issues to problems with the customer service center. So I just stopped dealing with them. If I knew it was this easy from the get go I would have never have sent the first broken one back.

Don’t let Microsoft ruin your gaming experience like they did mine. There is no risk involved and you may just get back to playing your games an hour from now.

Backup Copy and Burn DVDs, PS2, PS3, and XBOX Games. Copying Protected DVDs Was Never Easier

Thursday, August 13th, 2009

  • Ever had that game that you love that one you played for hours a day?
  • Does it only play sometimes. Is it badly scratched?
  • Ever brake or spill something on it? Did someone walk away with it!

There is nothing worse than putting you time and effort into something and then having it disappear or stop working. The shelf life of today’s discs is constantly in danger; A year from now will you still want to be able to use what you paid your hard earned money for? The average cost to replace today’s Xbox360, Wii, PS2 or PS3 games can be upwards of $40 – $100. DVD replacements can be $20 – $50 a piece. Make a Copy and put the original away safely, that way if anything happens to it you can make a new copy.

Recently a friend of mine had purchased the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 game, he left the game in its case open got mad at another game he was playing on the PS3 and threw his controller. Well the controller just happen to bounce off the coffee table and hit the game laying in its case open. The disc cracked and the game was unplayable. A $87 game down the drain in 3 seconds or less.

I wish I had found this product earlier. This solution will cost you a fraction of the cost of one of these replaced games titles and allow you to backup ALL of your digital media that you purchased. No need to worry about copyright issues, or illegal downloading, this software takes a bit-wise copy of your games or DVDs and backs them up to normal CD or DVD media. Keep these copies stored away somewhere safe, and should your games disappear, break, or stop working you now have a copy. This solution is HALF the cost of a SINGLE broken game or DVD.

Have a look it may just save you some trouble down the road.
