It’s a failed system. We’ll see if people stick with Microsoft in the next generation of the console wars. I probably will simply because Microsoft wins the FPS and online versions of every game.

I spent an hour on the phone with Microsoft after receiving a 0020 error code. They said that I had to ship my XBOX 360 to them and that I had to pay shipping. After getting angry I called back and the person I spoke to that time told me my warranty was over and that they could fix it but would have to bill for the repair. This solved all my problems in under an hour for WAY less then what Microsoft was going to charge. Thanks for the find!
